Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's &t Con's: This added work was necessary to address conflicts with existing underground utilities and to comply with Port Townsend Water Department requirements in the field. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded with local funds. The contract change is $7,113.99 tax inclusive. Recommendation: We recommend that this Contract Change Order be signed by the Board. Please sign the three originals, retaining one for your records, and return two originals to Public Works.
