9:00 a.m. CALL TO ORDER
9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunityfor the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA: (Items listed below have been distributed
to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item,
that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the request of
any of the Commissioners.)
AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 1 re: Lake Anderson Management Plan; No Dollar Amount,
Time Extension Only; Jefferson County Public/Environmental Public Health; Washington State
Department of Ecology
2. AGREEMENT re: Nearshore Education & Outreach Programs; In the Amount of $29,037;
Jefferson County Extension, Washington State University (WSU); Northwest Straits Marine
Conservation Foundation
3. AGREEMENT re: Thorndyke Road M.P. 4.71 Culvert Replacement, County Project No.
18020580; In the Amount of $100,550; Jefferson County Public Works; KPGG Consulting
Engineering
4. MINUTES re: Special Meeting Minutes of September 5, 2019 and Regular Meeting Minutes of
September 9, 2019
5. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated September 9, 2019 Totaling
$512,165.03 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the Board
of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.)
6. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated September 6, 2019
Totaling $243,665.90 and Dated September 7, 2019 Totaling $150,358.18 (Records of all claims
submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager are retained in the
Jefferson County Auditor's Office)
