Thank you for pointing out the error in my Staff Report. Indeed, the parcels directly across Sand Road to the east, along
the parallel South Edwards Road, are approximately 5-acre sized parcels zoned Rural Residential 1:10, not Rural
Residential 1:5. I’ll include a graphic below showing zoning and the subject parcel shaded red. This email will be part of
the record and will be transmitted to the Planning Commission today. Thanks.

I’d like to point out an error in the staff report for the Wilke re-zone proposal. On page 2-11, Section 2.2.1.1,
second paragraph, the last sentence says “Parcels directly across Sand Road to the east are RR1:5.” This is
incorrect. According to the zoning map as depicted on the County’s GIS, the properties on the east side of
Sand Road are zoned RR1:10.
I will be grateful if you would issue a correction of the error and also enter this message into the public
comment file.
