Indeed, the parcels directly across Sand Road to the east, along the parallel South Edwards Road, are approximately 5-acre sized parcels zoned Rural Residential 1:10, not Rural Residential 1:5. Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. Joel, I’d like to point out an error in the staff report for the Wilke re-zone proposal. On page 2-11, Section 2.2.1.1, second paragraph, the last sentence says “Parcels directly across Sand Road to the east are RR1:5.” This is incorrect. According to the zoning map as depicted on the County’s GIS, the properties on the east side of Sand Road are zoned RR1:10.
