Hi John,
I have a project that requires stormwater review from public works. Michelle did the pre-app for the
Thacker, and said she had requested review from you. They have paid the $685.00 for public works
stormwater review. The project is for a full moratorium release. It is MLA18-00099, FPA18-00003. I
have attached the formal review request letter along with all the documents regarding stormwater.
The site plan submitted was too large to scan and I will be sending a paper copy via interoffice mail
tomorrow (11/8/18). This has not been noticed yet. It is set to be noticed next Wednesday, the 14th
of November. I will let you know if that changes. But the due date for comments would be 2 weeks
out 11/28/2018.

Jefferson County Department of Community Development has forwarded the attached application to you
for review and comment because your agency is responsible for determining compliance with Jefferson
County, state and federal requirements or may otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
Full release from 6 year moratorium. Conditional Use III Release from a six-year development moratorium
including stormwater management permit and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Review. The
applicant requests a release from the mandatory six-year development moratorium placed on Department
of Natural Resources (DNR) Forest Practice Application (FPA) timber harvest approvals.
Location: 10697 Center Rd, Quilcene, WA, Parcel: 801324008
Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the noticing date of 11/14/2018 or
by November 28, 2018. If necessary, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for

questions regarding this proposal.
