Just a heads up that there might be wetlands off site downslope to the east that might have a buffer
overlapping the subject property.

Hi John,
Donna and I made a site visit yesterday. We will be meeting later this week to determine an action
plan. The soils clearly represented a wetland, contradictory to the report submitted. We also
discovered wetlands much closer to the property line than we had initially seen in our site visit last
year. We will be contacting both the applicant and the biologist that they will need to address all
these wetlands in the report. I do not see this being accepted soon, it will depend on how long it
takes the biologist to correct the report.
