Subject: Aquaculture Permits for Jefferson County
Ms. Douglas:
I am the chief civil deputy for Jefferson County. We have an JARPA applicant who is doing a cumulative impacts
study for a proposed project that requires a conditional use permit under state law. The applicant requested a list
of projects nearby.
I was wondering if maybe the Army Corps has a list of Jefferson County permits issued by the Army Corps. If so,
would you please send it to me.
