In response to your letter of July 10, 2019, and further to my recent phone and email
correspondence with Phil Hunsucker, this letter is to request on behalf of applicant BDN LLC
that an extension of time be granted to respond to the requests in that letter for additional
information and clarification relative to the above project.
We request that an additional ten days be added to the response date specified in your
letter, such that the response would be due no later than Friday, October 18th. We also request
that we be permitted to further supplement our response to Item 20 of your letter (relating to
other nearby Corps of Engineers approved aquaculture projects) on or before December 1, 2019.
We request these response date adjustments in order to 1) allow our consultant
Confluence Environmental to complete their response to certain of the issues raised in your
letter, and 2) to incorporate information we have requested from the Corps of Engineers pursuant
to a FOIA request, but have not yet received.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience if these extensions can be granted.
