Hello Phil/Donna -
Is the attached letter sufficient to request the extension?

I think if you submit to DCD before 10/8 that would be good. Otherwise, you will need to request an extension from
DCD. Donna can correct me if that is not correct.

Hello Phil —
I received your email about a possible extension on the 10-8-19 response date to allow for a Corps FOIA request. There
was a bit of a mixup as to who from our team was going to do that and when, but I made a request on 10-1. Grant
Novak tells me that FOIA requests to the Corps typically take 30-45 days to be fulfilled.
We believe we will have all of the other information complete by 10-8, and I was able to get a listing of Corps permitted
projects in Jefferson County via some unrelated pending litigation.
If we could get a formal extension to December 1, 1 think we would just go ahead and submit everything we have now,
so Donna can get a head start on evaluating it. We could then update the Cumulative Impacts information related to
other Corps projects when we get the FOIA request information.
Would that work?
