Hello Phil — I received your email about a possible extension on the 10-8-19 response date to allow for a Corps FOIA request. There was a bit of a mixup as to who from our team was going to do that and when, but I made a request on 10-1. Grant Novak tells me that FOIA requests to the Corps typically take 30-45 days to be fulfilled. We believe we will have all of the other information complete by 10-8, and I was able to get a listing of Corps permitted projects in Jefferson County via some unrelated pending litigation. If we could get a formal extension to December 1, 1 think we would just go ahead and submit everything we have now, so Donna can get a head start on evaluating it. We could then update the Cumulative Impacts information related to other Corps projects when we get the FOIA request information. Would that work? Ken Kenneth A.
