CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner David Sullivan called the Regular
Meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. in the presence of Port Townsend Councilmember Michelle
Sandoval, Amanda Funaro, Terry Smith, Lori Fleming, Frank Hoffman, David Rymph, Peggy
Webster, Brian Nash, Jeff Monroe, Julia Cochrane and Facilitator Lizanne Coker. Also present
was Public Health Director Vicki Kirkpatrick.
REVIEW and APPROVE MINUTES: Member Friddle ask that the minutes reflect her
attendance on August 16, 2019 and August 28, 2019. Member Sandoval moved to approve the
Regular Meeting Minutes of August 14, 2019 as presented and the Regular Meeting Minutes of
August 16 and 28, 2019 and Special Meeting Minutes of August 16, 2019 as edited. Member
Hoffman seconded the motion. The motion carried.
5 YEAR PLAN REVIEW: Comments and revisions were made to the plan.
3:15 pm SCHEDULED BREAK
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Comment was made concerning the shelter and the support
that people need.
FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: The next regular meeting will be held on
September 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cotton Building in Port Townsend. Editing of the 5 Year
Plan was assigned to several members.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Sullivan adjourned the meeting at 4:02 p.m.
