CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner David Sullivan called the Regular
Meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. in the presence of Port Townsend Councilmember Michelle
Sandoval, Amanda Funaro, Terry Smith, Lori Fleming, Frank Hoffman, Whitney Friddle, Peggy
Webster, Roy Walker, Barbara Morey, Joe Nole, Kellie Parcher, Julia Cochrane (Alternate for
Barbara Morey) and) and Facilitator Lizanne Coker. Also present was Jefferson County Public
Health Director Vicki Kirkpatrick and Jean Camfield with Bayside Housing.
REVIEW and APPROVE MINUTES: Member Sullivan noted that the Regular Meeting
Minutes of September 11, 2019 include an edit to include Member Friddle's attendance. Member
Nole moved to approve the minutes as presented. Member Funaro seconded the motion. The
motion carried.
5 YEAR PLAN REVIEW: Comments and revisions were made to the plan.
3:10 pm SCHEDULED BREAK
5 YEAR PLAN REVIEW (Continued): Comments and revisions were made to the plan and
the 5 Year Plan was finalized. Member Funaro made a motion to approve the Plan and forward it
to the Joint Oversight Board for review. Member Hoffman seconded the motion. The motion
carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Comment was made concerning the work done on the Plan.
FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: The next regular meeting will be held on
October 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cotton Building in Port Townsend.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Sullivan adjourned the meeting at 4:11 p.m.
