CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner David Sullivan called the Regular
Meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. in the presence of Port Townsend Council Member Michelle
Sandoval, Amanda Funaro, Terry Smith, Roy Walker, Kathy Morgan, Lori Fleming, Frank
Hoffinan, David Rymph, Peggy Webster, Brian Nash, Sheriff Joe Nole, and Facilitator Lizanne
Coker. Also present were Juvenile Services Director Barbara Carr and Public Health Director
Vicki Kirkpatrick.
Commissioner Sullivan clarified that this should be a Special Meeting rather than a Regular
Meeting. He adjourned this meeting explaining that a Special Meeting of the Task Force would
follow immediately.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Sullivan adjourned the regular meeting at 2:04 p.m.
