Subject: Para Military Camp
As a resident of Discovery Bay, I have experienced first hand the relentless onslaught of noise and disturbance from helicopter and
gunfire, day and night, from both small arms and larger ordnance. Prior to living here, I lived in Tarboo Bay, and I know full well that
sort of disruption will mean to the entire valley. Security Northwest, ofthatever they're calling themselves these days, will decimate
the peace and tranquility of one of the last vestiges of the irreplaceable Northwest.
The tremendous loss of value to the property owners, some who have been there for generations, as well as the habitat for wild life,
loss of recreational use of Tarboo Lake, and the restoration of the Tarboo watershed is unfathomable.
We all know what sort of 'neighbor' D'Amico is. We'd hope you could point him in another direction, for example, The Yakima Firing
Center.
