Dear Planning Commission,
Please adopt the Kitsap County plan for gun ranges as recommended by the Tarboo Ridge
Coalition.
We did not move here nineteen years ago, for a peaceful retirement, to see Tarboo Lake and
Tarboo Creek and this quiet community destroyed by a paramility training facility on a scale
much greater than any local gun ranges.
As seniors in our seventies, we do not have the means to move to another community after our
property values are trashed by the facility that is planned at Tarboo Lake. The local farms and
other businesses cannot survive the impact such a facility would have.
All gun ranges must meet common sense regulations.
Please move to protect our farms, fish, forests and families.
