The current MOA is scheduled to end on December 31, 2019. It was written originally with the thought that the SBHC might open in the Fall of the current 2019-2020 school year. The process for final school board approved took longer than originally planned to ensure optimal opportunity for community and parent input. Additionally, the construction of the clinic is not yet completed and all of the necessary work by JCPH has not yet been completed. ANALYSIS: This request is to extend the MOA through July 31, 2020 to allow for getting the SBHC up and operational and to cover any additional needs of the clinic discovered once the clinic has been operational for a period of time. This is the only change to original MOA. Both the original MOA and the Amendment are included with this request. The language change in the Amendment is highlighted. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact associated with this Amendment.
