STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS (5) re: Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC); Two (2)
Year Terms 1) Expires November 9, 2021; Industry Representative (Skookum Recycling), Alysa Russell; 2)
Expires October 12, 2021, City of Port Townsend Representative, Brian Reid; 3) Expires November 4, 2021,
District No. 1 Representative, Lisa Crosby;4)Expires October 12,2021,District No. 2 Representative,Jenifer
Taylor; and 5) Expires October 12, 2021, Citizen-at-Large Representative, Barton Kale
ANALYSIS:
When positions were advertised, letters of interest were received from all Members represented requesting
reappointment to their terms and positions. Mr. Tom Boardman, contact for Solid Waste Advisory Board is in
support of these reappointment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign attached letters re: ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENTS (5) re: Solid Waste
Advisory Committee (SWAC); Two (2) Year Terms 1) Expires November 9, 2021; Industry Representative
(Skookum Recycling), Alysa Russell; 2) Expires October 12, 2021, City of Port Townsend Representative,
Brian Reid; 3) Expires November 4, 2021, District No. 1 Representative, Lisa Crosby; 4) Expires October 12,
2021, District No. 2 Representative, Jenifer Taylor; and 5) Expires October 12, 2021, Citizen-at-Large
