CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner David Sullivan called the Regular
Meeting to order in the presence of Sarah Rogers, Ben Casserd, Barbara Carr, Whitney Friddle,
Joe Nole, Frank Hoffman, Lori Fleming, Kathy Morgan, Bryan Nash, Amanda Funaro, Terry
Smith. Also present Public Health Director Vicki Kirkpatrick, Facilitator Lizanne Coker and Ken
Dane, President of Bayside Housing.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DRAFT: The Task Force worked on the draft of the Request for
Proposals (RFP) and the RFP Application.
RECESS: The meeting was recessed at 3:05 p.m. for a five-minute break.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DRAFT: The Task Force resumed work on the draft RFP.
REVIEW and APPROVAL of MINUTES: Member Sullivan noted that the Regular Meeting
Minutes of October 23, 2019 need to be approved. Member Morgan moved to approve the
minutes as presented. Member Carr seconded the motion. The motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: No comments were made.
FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: The next regular meeting will be held on
December 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cotton Building in Port Townsend.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Sullivan adjourned the meeting at 4:04 p.m.
