After review by our lead building inspector, it has been determined we will, in fact, need engineering of the entire
structure. There are too many windows and doors for it to meet the prescriptive 2012 IRC structural integrity.
I can approve the plans check as soon as those structural calcs are received

I have finished the drywall under the stairs that Jim had called out and have pictures to show him to confirm, which is what
he said to do.
As far as the outside combustible air duct for the wood stove, I had to order parts from the manufacturer in Vermont and it
took much longer than expected. I do have the parts now and should be able to get it installed by the end of this month.
So I am asking for an extension of my CO until 11130/2019.
