1.) This permit does not constitute an increase in water use or proposed capacity of the
septic system-it is an additional space for existing staff.
Approval of this permit does not provide any assurance of future approvals for onsite
sewage disposal on the property or use of any existing septic systems. Actions taken to
date and proposed as part of this project may limit or prevent future development of an
onsite sewage system. Future proposals must meet current code at the time of
application.
.) 10' minimum separation required between the water line and any onsite sewage system
components including sewage transport lines.
The proposed sewer line will need to be installed in accordance with the septic designer
Mike Deeney requirements per e-mail dated 10/9/18 which states:
There is between 1.7% to 1.9% slope between the proposed building and the existing
sewer line. This slope is more than adequate to provide gravity flow, however, this
proposed sewer line will be shallow and will require casing in cast iron pipe or equivalent.
PRIOR TO FINAL OCCUPANCY an updated record drawing must be submitted by the
septic designer with specification of installation and site plan. lnspection by this office may
be required. Afee will be charged.

5.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on October 22,2018 has
been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson
County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or
additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated November 15, 2018 shall be
resubmitted for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community
Development.
This approval is for a Modular Office Building only. Any future permits on this site are
subject to review for consistency with applicable codes and ordinances and does not
preclude review and conditions which may be placed on future permits.
