Analysis/Strategic Goals: The Board issued a Call for Bids for the above products on January 6, 2020. Bid invitations have been duly advertised in accordance with competitive bidding requirements. Fiscal Impact: Purchase of aggregate products for County BST Programs is accounted for in the Department of Public Works Budgets for Road Operations in calendar years 2020 and 2021. Recommendation: The Board is requested to have sealed bids for the above contract opened and read publicly, and then have the Public Works Department review and check the bids for completeness and accuracy, and then provide recommendation to the Board for further actions at a later date.
