• Attached is the Attendance Sheet from the January 22, 2020 Walkthrough. SPECIFICATIONS: SECTION 22 05 00 – PLUMBING, GENERAL
Paragraph 2.02 FLOOR DRAIN: A. Revise Funnel Floor Drain size to be 3 inches. Paragraph 2.03 HUB DRAIN: A. Revise Hub Inlet Size to be a 4 inch Hub Inlet
Fitting. Paragraph 2.04 AIR ADMITTANCE VALVES: B. Revise paragraph to read as follows: “Air Admittance Valves shall be Studor Mini-Vent, 1-1/2 inch threaded connector
or Studor Maxi-Vent, 3 inch thread connector, as indicated on the Drawings, or Approved Equal. SECTION 23 51 16 – FABRICATED BREECHING AND ACCESSORIES Paragraph 2.01 ACCEPTABLE MANUFACTURERS: ADD “METAL-FAB INC.” as an
acceptable manufacturer. DRAWINGS: DRAWINGS G0.1, MP0.0, MP1.0, MP1.1, MP1.2 AND MPD1.1 ISSUED WITH THE FOLLOWING REVISIONS: DRAWING G1.0 TITLE SHEET

• PLUMBING FIXTURE SCHEDULE revised to increase size of FFD FUNNEL FLOOR DRAIN and add HD HUB DRAIN.
• BOILER EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE revised to add BDS-1 BLOWDOWN SEPARATOR & COOLER DRAWING MP1.0 ENLARGED GROUND FLOOR PLAN
• MAKE-UP AND COOLING WATER DIAGRAM 1/MP10 added.

DRAWING MP1.2 ENLARGED BOILER ROOM MECHANICAL PLAN
• Added FOS Fuel Oil Supply and FOR Fuel Oil Return valves from existing exterior
Fuel Oil Storage Tank at entry into Boiler Room.
• Revised size of FOW & FOR piping.
• Added inspection and cleaning of existing Condensate Pump Receiver and
Components.
• Added balancing valve on Condensate Supply Line from existing Condensate Pump.
• Revised size of the Hub Drain Inlet and added callout of the Hub Drain Air
Admittance Valve.
• Added replacement of 2 inch condensate line at floor.
• Added BDS-1 BLOWDOWN SEPARATOR & COOLER.
DRAWING MPD1.1 ENLARGED BOILER ROOM DEMOLITION PLAN
• Added removal of existing boiler brick housekeeping pad and associated bricks within the lower (filled) fire box.
• Added salvage of removed windows and frames to be returned to the Owner.
• Added removal of existing condensate piping near floor.
• Added removal of existing boiler makeup water backflow preventer and boiler makeup water meter.
