Subject: Execute Change Order #2 for the
Transfer Station Site Improvement Project
Project # 401204023
Statement of Issue: The Execution of a Change Order #2 to the Construction Contract
for Site Improvements, including the installation of a modular office facility at the JC
transfer Station site at 325 County Landfill Road.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This Change order is necessary to extend the
contract date, to include design revisions to improve working conditions, and to make
up for cold weather delay to the work
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded with local funds. The
contract change is $10,221.48 tax inclusive, along with 31 calendar days added to the
Contract Period.
Recommendation: We recommend that this Contract Change Order be signed by the
Board. Please sign the three originals, retaining one for your records, and return two
originals to Public Works.
