As of the date you note, Mr. Wilkins had not replanted the wetland or buffer. According to the attached email, he said that he would replant. He has not communicated with us since
that email.
Ecology’s enforcement case remains open and unresolved. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Hello Rick:
I’m closing out some inactive case files and want to know if Ecology still has an open case for Mr. Tim Wilkins, wetland & buffer violation, Agreed Order #13100.
The County’s case file is back on my desk again, but I haven’t heard anything since July 2018 when Mr. Wilkins emailed that he hadn’t done the plantings yet.
