THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is made on the date hereinafter set forth by Robert and Helen Sperry,
the owners of Parcels A through G and which includes the pending Sperry Short Plat and Sandra
McDermott, the owner of Parcel H, all of which are located on MarroWSlene Island, Jefferson County,
Washington.. The parcels affected by the EASEMENT AGREEMENT are hereby identified asParcels A-
H and whose ownerships and legal descriptions are as follows:
