SUBJECT: Jefferson County Courthouse Boiler Replacement—Bid Opening 10:00am
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On January 6, 2020,the Board approved a call for bids for the replacement of the Courthouse
Boiler and set the bid opening for Monday, February 3, 2020 at 10:00am.
ANALYSIS:

The bid opening shall be included on the Board's Regular Meeting Agenda for 10:00 on
Monday, February 3, 2020, in accordance with the advertised call for bids.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners open bids for the Courthouse Boiler Replacement at
10:00 on Monday, February 3, 2020.
