David,
With a very quick look, my thoughts for this business. They are in an area that is considered remote rural.
Response times to the locations from Quilcene Station 2-L or the Coyle Station 2-2 are extended. Quilcene is a staffed
station with a fire response to that area of about 15 to 18 minutes.
From the Coyle Station which is a unstaffed volunteer station closer to 20 minutes.
Ensure adequate access for fire apparatus to all buildings on the compound
Look at adding a exterior water hook up for the interior sprinkler system in each building for the fire Department
Ensure chemical storage areas are clearly identified in the interior of the buildings or have a purpose built outbuilding
for chemical storage.
lf possible, have one location for main power shutoffs for all buildings. Or have them clearly identified in good areas of
access for each building.
lf you have any questions give me a call. Don Svetich
