2:00 p.m. HEARING re: Two (2) Proposed Ordinances
Amending Ordinance No. 12-1102-18 for Commercial Shooting Facilities under
Title 8 JCC Health and Safety, as recommended by the Jefferson County Planning
Commission in their December 3, 2019 Recommendations, as well as on a range
of options discussed in the County’s SEPA Checklist, in the County’s response to
Question A.11; and,
Repealing and Replacing Ordinance 15-1214-18 and Amending Title 18 Jefferson
County Code Ordinance, as recommended by the Jefferson County Planning
Commission in their December 3, 2019 Recommendations, as well as on a range
of options discussed in the County’s SEPA Checklist, in the County’s response to
Question A.11.
