SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
December 4, 2019

The meeting began at 10:05 a.m. Board of Equalization members Dave Garing, Daryl Gillette and
Margaret Taylor were present.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
OATH: All members were sworn in by the Clerk of the Board.
ELECTION: Member Gillette moved to appoint Member Garing to serve as Chairman of the Board
for the 2019 appeal season. Member Taylor seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
Chairman Garing moved to appoint Member Gillette to serve as Vice -Chairman of the Board for the
2019 appeal season. Member Taylor seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
All members signed the Minutes and Proceedings form.
No action taken.

The Board reviewed the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment Rolls:

ASSESSOR'S ANNUAL UPDATE
Assessor Jeff Chapman updated the Board Members regarding 2019 property values.

ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Garing moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:45 a.m. Member Taylor seconded the motion
which carried by;a unanimous vote.
