Hello,
My name is Luke Williamson, I will be the full-time resident at 9790 Coyle Road. We are a very small
family owned and operated. lt is just my sister, Jessie and I that operate the business full time. We have
additional help from our parents, Mark and Tracy during harvest.
We left a thick natural vegetative buffer to block the view of the buildings along Coyle road, 43 feet of
trees and dense brush will be kept. There is at a 25-foot buffer of natural vegetation along the property
lines to the north and south. Our goal was to be undetectable from the road.
You're not going to see, hear, or smell us. We have done a lot of research to make sure that we will not
disrupt the community. I am looking forward to getting to know my neighbors and becoming apart of
the community and eventually raising my family here.
