The fee is determined by a schedule established in the Uniform Building Code, and is based on the value of the structure. The fee that is charted by the Auditor's Office for filing. Applies to commercial, industrial, multi-family construction and is calculated as a percentage of the base fee. Publications At Cost I I I SECTION 7 - REPEALER This Ordinance repeals and replaces the Permit Center-Building Division Section of Ordinance No. 12-1209-96 and the Permit Center-Building Division Section of Ordinance No.13-1213-99 and Ordinance No.1 0-11 08-99. It also repeals the Environmental Health Division Fees of the Health & Human Services Department Section of Ordinance No. 11-1115-99 SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY If any section, subsection, or sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this Ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
