Purpose. Grantee shall have the right to use the Easement Area to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace, improve, remove, and enlarge one or more utility systems for purposes of transmission, distribution and sale of electricity. Together with the right of access over and across said Property to enable Grantee to exercise its rights hereunder. As used herein, the term "systems" shall include all appurtenances and facilities as are necessary, in the judgment of Grantee, for the operation and maintenance of said systems. 2. Grantor's Use of Easement Area. Grantor agrees not to erect any structures on said Easement Area, and further agrees not to place trees, rockeries, fences or other obstructions on the Property that would interfere with the exercise of Grantee's rights herein. ANALYSIS: JCSA applied for and obtained a grant from the Washington State Resource Conservation Office (RCO). The grant funds a noise mitigation project that requires power to be run to the 100 -yard rifle range at the northeast corner of parcel number 001083012. Exhibit A attached to the easement contains an aerial photograph of the parcel and a schematic of the planned power installation. FISCAL EMIPACT: This request has no fiscal impact.
