1-No permit is on file as to size,location or adequacy and it could not be determined.
2-An"Up-Dated-Site-Plan"is en route to County,Ref-Improvements and well location.
Note-On 022717 Enviro Check,LLC made a site visit and the fiberglass tank had about 6 inches of water in the bottom of tank.Tank has been
replaced with a poly type tank with risers.
