Citizens and Co-Workers –
With our primary concern being the health and safety of our community and
staff, Jefferson County is currently in a Declared State of Emergency.
The goal of this office is to provide our citizens needed services. Staff will
continue to provide services by phone, email, mail and drop box. If the service
is something that cannot be accommodated by phone, email, mail or drop box,
an appointment will need to be made directly with the Auditor’s Office.
Your consideration and patience during this time is greatly appreciated.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

In accordance with the Jefferson County Declared State of Emergency and until
further notice, the Auditor’s Office will close to the public effective 4:30 pm,
March 18th, 2020 through April 24th, 2020.
You may conduct business by phone, mail, email, and drop box located in the
parking lot behind the Courthouse.
