You can provide more detail in 6b. n[ M This proposal includes replacing the existing +/-80' concrete rubble/wood/rock bulkhead with a new basalt rock bulkhead. The bulkhead will extend the remaining +/-20' to the property line. Base rocks will be 4-5-man rock and be buried +/-3' below beach grade. The remaining rocks will be stacked on top to a total above beach grade height to be approximately as tall as the existing bulkhead. Quarry spalls will be placed behind the armor rock and filter fabric placed between the spalls and the bank. All materials and equipment will access the site by land. 6b.
