SUBJECT: Jefferson County Courthouse Window Rehabilitation — Bid Opening 10:00am
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On March 23, 2020, the Board approved a call for bids for the Courthouse Window
Rehabilitation - and set the bid opening for Monday, April 13, 2020 at 10:00am.
ANALYSIS:
The bid opening shall be included on the Board's Regular Meeting Agenda for I J'45 on
Monday, April 13, 2020, in accordance with the advertised call for bids.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners open bids for the Courthouse Window Rehabilitation
at 10:00 on Monday, April 13, 2020.
