The subject building is 2,112 square feet, was built in 1860, and is used for office spaces. The appellant estimates the value of property to be $385,000 ($159,000 for the land and $230,000 for the improvements). The Assessor's valuation of the property as of January 1, 2019 is $444,984 ($185,860 for the land and $259,124 for the improvements). Appellant's Argument and Evidence: The appellant attended the hearing. Prior to testimony, the appellant stated she would like to withdraw her appeal. The assessor's representative was also present and did not provide testimony. Assessor's Argument and Evidence: The assessor's representative gave no testimony at BOE hearing. Decision: The Board of Equalization sustains the value established by the Assessor.
