Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This supplement is necessary to compensate for Construction Engineering shop drawing review and field inspection services for the office and site improvement project at the Jefferson County Transfer Station, located on County Landfill Road. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This supplement, in the amount of $3,000.00 will increase the Contract Maximum to $20,000.00. This project is funded by the Solid Waste fund. Recommendation: We recommend that this Supplement be signed by the Board. Please sign the three originals, retaining one for your records, and return two (2) originals to Public Works.
