SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
The Local Agency of Jefferson County Public Works hereby amends the agreement with Zenovic
and Associates, executed on April 24, 2018 and this Supplemental Agreement,
All provisions in the Agreement remain in effect, except as expressly modified by this
Supplemental Agreement.
The changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
Scope: Construction engineering and inspection to complete this Project

Schedule: For necessary engineering through June 30, 2020
Budget: Increase of$3,000 to the engineering fee maximum

This Supplemental Agreement shall be effective upon execution by both parties. Work performed
consistent with the Agreement prior to execution of this Supplemental Agreement is hereby ratified.

Statement of Issue: The execution of a Supplement to the Professional Services
Agreement with Zenovic Et Associates, of Port Angeles, WA.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This supplement is necessary to compensate
for Construction Engineering shop drawing review and field inspection services for the
office and site improvement project at the Jefferson County Transfer Station, located
on County Landfill Road.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: This supplement, in the amount of $3,000.00
will increase the Contract Maximum to $20,000.00. This project is funded by the
Solid Waste fund.
Recommendation: We recommend that this Supplement be signed by the Board.
Please sign the three originals, retaining one for your records, and return two (2)
originals to Public Works.
