Chairman Dave Garing called the meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman Daryl
Gillette. Member Margaret Taylor appeared telephonically.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Taylor moved to approve the special meeting minutes of March 17, 2020. Vice -Chairman
Gillette seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
