9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on it
means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
SUBMITTING COMMENTS DURING COVID-19: During social distancing for the COVID-19
pandemic, citizens can submit public comments remotely to the Commissioners by email. Emailed
comments will be read aloud by staff for up to three minutes during the meeting's public comment

Vouchers/Warrants Dated June 22, 2020 Totaling $215,249.41 and Dated June 29,
2020 Totaling $115,031.25 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers
approved and signed by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County
Auditor and Public Works Department.)
