According to our records, YOUR BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION REVIEW TIME
HAS EXPIRED. The building permit appplication review time has exceeded
the 180 days extension and will be withdrawn as per RCW 19 . 27, 1994 UBC
Section 107 . 4 which states :
Expiration of Plan Review. Applications for which no permit is issued
within 180 days following the date of applcation shall expire by limitation,
and plans and other data submitted for review may thereafter be returned to
the applicant or destroyed by the building official . The building official
may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not to exceed
180 days on request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the
control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. No
application shall be extended more than once. In order to renew action on
an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and
pay a new plan review fee at the time of filing.
If you would like to have your plans returned to you, please telephone the
Permit Center at (360) 379-4450 within one week. The plans will be
destroyed if we do not hear from you.
