To date, we have been told that you lack fimds to consider the issue. As you know, it is far more expensive to continue on the present path than it would be to ban marijuana in RR zones. You can docket this issue and decide it once and for all, at a cost of about $7,000. Why spend much more money processing individual applications? The Williamson and Smith cases have cost far more, and accomplished far less. Please docket an amendment to the code so we can resolve this once and for all. Sincerely, Marilyn S. Mitchell ryWilnams
