We would require a narrative paragraph stating the propose changes to the existing approved permit and 2 new copies of the set of plans showing the proposed changes. Revision fee would be as follows: $85.00 per hour for Land Use Planner review (Emma review) $85.00 per hour for Plan check Review of Revision Depending on the scope of change- it may take longer than an hour for their review. Revision fee would be as follows: $85.00 per hour for Land Use Planner review (Emma review) $85.00 per hour for Plan check Review of Revision Depending on the scope of change-it may take longer than an hour for their review.
