HomeMy WebLinkAboutBLD2015-00236 - 10 COMMUNICATION To:permits@permabilt.com Cc:dalehubert65@gmail.com Subject: BLD 15-00236 391 Sentinel Rd Stormwater requirements Dear Steve, In accordance with the 2012 Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, any project resulting in 2,000 square feet or greater of replaced hard surface area is required to submit a Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).You can find a fillable form version of the template for the SWPPP here: http://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/commdevelopment/Land Use pdfs/Stormwater%20Management%20Permit%20Fill%20 In.pdf. Please complete the template and submit it to me. Also,from the site plan, it appears that you propose to use BMP T5.10B for downspouts and splashblocks.There must be a 50 foot vegetated flowpath between the property line and any structure. Please submit a revised site plan identifying the locations of the downspout and the direction of flow. I have attached the BMP T5.10B for your reference on downspouts and splashblocks. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 10/18/2015.As required by Jefferson County Code,JCC 18.40.110(3) and (6), if the information is not submitted or additional time to submit the required information within the ninety(90)calendar day period is not requested,the application would be considered abandoned and therefore withdrawn and application fees will be forfeited.Jefferson County Code provides that the Department of Community Development shall not be responsible for notifying the applicant of an impending expiration,thus any further notification would not be forthcoming.
