I was able to final the change of use, BLD15-78, but unable to final BLD15-150 as the other side of the warehouse and side office were locked. Please call our inspection hotline at 360-379-4455 to schedule a final inspection and arrange for those doors to be accessible at time of inspection. A re-inspection fee of$78 will be applied and will need to be paid prior to final inspection. Please contact our office with any questions. Johnson Subject: RE: info request for BLD15-78 Michael, Someone, either your client or the owner will need to apply for a NEW building permit(after the fact),with all the necessary paper work for a "remodel". The floor plan that was requested for the Change of Use was for the building before the remodel, what was originally permitted. But we are not able to review any further documents for the Change of Use until the application for the remodel has been received and is approved. An appointment is needed for all new building permit applications. It requests a new building permit to review the unpermitted portion of the existing warehouse. Just to clarify, this warehouse was originally permitted as a ONE room space (no interior walls) with ONE bathroom and used as a storage for the neighboring warehouse, so no occupants. All construction beyond this was unpermitted and must be permitted after the fact through DCD and EH before we can approve a change of use or any other permits related to this building. Occupant numbers for each room should be listed on the floor plan for the new application. Also, to avoid confusion, please be sure to submit all permit applications or revisions to Sally, in hard copy,with appropriate number of copies printed. Good morning Mary we are in receipt of your April 16, 2015 letter. The transmittal of April 2 had hopefully addressed the issues that your refer to. However, do you need another building permit application from PDT?...There will be three occupants in Unit 205 A, there is no current occupant in Unit 205 B and the Unit 205 C is basically an interior maintenance shed where the owner stores equipment for the site. Please indicate what additional information you need. Thanks for your help.
