Must have wet stamp with calculations. 7) Permit fee's The permit fees for this project would be as follows: $9200.00 Building Base fee$ 955.00 Plan check fee$ 620.75 Scanning fee $ 19.00 State surcharge $4.50 Fire marshal review fee $76.00 per hour. The Fire Marshall Review fee is based on per hour, if it were to take longer than one hour for this review will would contact you with additional fee after his review. The estimate cost of this new permit would be $1,675.25 As discussed on the phone- I will email Tom our Fire Marshall and discuss with him your questions regarding the underground piping of this project.
