I will first look for the drainage, then be pacing off measurements. I’ll
need to be quick—about 45 minutes, then gone to the next site.
I look forward to meeting you both in person if it works out.

Mai Do:
I am the Land Use Planner reviewing your Customer Assistance Meeting (CAM)
questions. I apologize, but I have been called out of the office and will miss our
scheduled meeting from 2:30-3:30, Wednesday, August 19. There are no other
employees here to cover my meeting.
I have begun my review and will follow-up with you on Thursday to complete my review.
You are in Port Ludlow Drainage District. We will discuss site development and
stormwater drainage options. The standard frontage setback is 20 feet, and the side and
rear yard setbacks are 5 feet. There may be special setbacks listed in the Plat, which I
will investigate.
There’s a note on the parcel regarding a possible stream buffer: “Based upon review
and an on-site inspection by DNR and WDFW (MLA12-00090), your parcel is adjacent to
a designated Type NS stream channel and is regulated under JCC 18.22.250(2).”
I will follow-up with you on Thursday. Thank you for understanding.
