Hi Lizanne,
Fred updated me on the grants recommendations from last meeting of the Homeless Housing
Advisory Task Force. Habitat wishes to express concern before the decision is finalized; if it is
already finalized, then we wish to appeal.
We are requesting:
all documents related to the decision-making process, including the committee's scoring
sheets and anything that was presented to the Task Force and JOB;
roster of members of the JOB and the Task Force
date and agenda of the next Task Force meeting
We intend to address our concerns to the members of the JOB. However, if there is a formal
process for requesting a review of the decision, or if you think the entire Task Force should be
copied, please let me know.
We are profoundly concerned regarding several aspects of the proposed awards, but need
further information to fully understand the situation.
