3. Approval/Correction of January 23, 2020 Draft Meeting Minutes.

Committee Public Business:
1. Director’s Update: Monte Reinders, PW Director. SW transitions (5 minutes).
2. Manager’s Report: Tom Boatman, Manager. Solid waste, recycling & yard waste
activity; capital improvements; parting comments. (15 minutes).
3. Partner Updates: City solid waste/recycling, composting; Skookum; Waste Connections;
Yard waste education; Solid waste/recycling education; MRW. (30 minutes; 5 minutes
each).
4. State CROP update: Jerry Mingo (10 minutes).
