3. Solid Waste Education updates: Laura Tucker (5 minutes)
4. Landfill gas post-closure activity: Glenn Gately (5 minutes)
5. Partner Updates (5 minutes each):

b. Waste Connections/Olympic Disposal, Chad Young
c. City solid waste/recycling/composting, Brian Reid
