augment the DCD budget so that
they can plan and manage with

responsibilities to meet regulatory

reform resolution 17 19. We
further recommend the BoCC
increase the financial
support to the Jefferson County
Conservation District to ensure
that they may be able to
implement Article 8 on protecting
Critical Areas and areas of
agricultural activities.

the authority to Director Charnas
to finish this transmittal letter and
recommendations that we
approve those findings which will
be signed by our chairperson for
transmittal and delivered on
Monday.
