I would like to see a ballot initiative on co-housing developed by the rural task force and interlocution panel, where
we address two main issues:
Jefferson County Zoning and Planning and the carousel that is affordable housing for people living with disabilities
and other ailments See. RCW 36.22.178. The lifespan of a home is the lifespan of the person, there’s no two ways
about it. But if we set up a plan for cohousing, the lifespan of the home doubles.
